Shipping, Warranty, Returns and Refund Policy


All back orders have now been shipped, with deliveries expected in between 4-9 days. We will send tracking details asap. Apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience.

We offer FREE shipping to the following: United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, most of Europe, United States (US), Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. If you are located somewhere else, we will still be able to ship to you but there will be an additional fee, which will be shown during the checkout. Please note some countries may charge additional duties on arrival.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days and normally take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive. Shipping times for express delivery is normally less than a week. 

We use a third party fulfillment company to make shipping as efficient and hassle free as possible but please note:

  • The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
  • We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.


If your Baby Caddie has a fault as a result of manufacturing or material defect within the first 12 months, we will work with you to fix the fault, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Please note, the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse (improper use), neglect, normal wear, improper fit, maintenance and/or assembly.
  • Items outside of their warranty period.
  • Pre-owned items (warranties are not transferable – only the original purchaser is entitled to the warranty).

Refunds and returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied or change your mind please let us know and we will process a full refund providing the product is ‘as new’ when returned.

Simply contact us at to arrange a return. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we will then refund the full product cost back to you, or if preferred, arrange for a credit or exchange.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be provided to items that have been damaged by you.
  • Any shipping and processing fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to be credited by the bank into the customer account.
  • A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received.
  • Please note that the return guarantee is not applicable in order to take advantage of promotional offers.
